2008-2009 Officers Elected

The 2008-2009 officers were elected.

• Elden Plettner, Tri-State - Lt. Gov. Education and Training
• George Volz, Greater Communicators, Tally Ho, and Fremont Toastmasters - Lt. Gov. Marketing
• Robert Puhalla, Gateway - Division A Governor (2nd year)
• Marilyn Champoux, The Good Neighbor Club - Division C Governor

International Speech Contest Winners

Rick Meyer, NPPD, took home the winning first place trophy at the International Speech Contest. Gene Deyoe came in second place followed by Curt Reiter in 3rd place.

Silent Auction and Quilt Raffle

Ellen Hankes won the quilt raffle. As luck would have it, Ellen actually made three of the blocks in the quilt!
