District Leadership - Club Alignment

Everything in the Toastmasters is aligned to help the member attain their goals.

Clubs support Members
Areas support Clubs
Divisions support Areas
Districts support Divisions

Taking this a step further, during the Spring International Contest Season, the Toastmaster competes at their Club. If they win, they move on to the Area. Once they win the Area, they move on to the Division and if they win again, their next stop is at the District Level. Only for the International Speech Contest will the member continue to move through the Region and will eventually compete at the International Level for the title, "World Champion of Public Speaking".
